Please email us! Jess manages her own clients, inquiries, and bookings. Boulder Brows does not have a receptionist/shop manager, so Jess is often unavailable to take phone calls throughout the day. She kindly asks that you email her at info@boulderbrows.com, or text her at 833-254-3985 if you have questions, or need to get in touch, especially for urgent matters like last-minute cancellations. She does her best to check emails/texts throughout the day, and responds as quickly as she can. You can always request a call back via email as well!

PLEASE NOTE:
Jess only opens her books for new client bookings on the first day of every month at noon. When scheduling online, if you do not see any dates available, then Jess is fully booked until the next months booking. Please check back on the 1st of the month at noon to secure your spot with her. For any other questions or concerns, please email her at info@boulderbrows.com.
