FOR LASH EXTENSIONS: We do not offer same day appointments for this service. Lash Extension appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

CONSENT FORM: We require an electronic consent form to be completed prior to your appointment for all new clients. Please be advised that our consent forms require more thorough information from you to ensure we are able to provide you with an elevated experience.

NO CONSENT FORM IS NEEDED FOR HAIR SPARKLES, BUT YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OLD FOR THIS SERVICE!

EMAIL/TEXT CONFIRMATION

Immediately after submitting a request for an appointment, you should receive an email/text receipt.  If you do not receive a receipt notification, your request for an appointment did not successfully go through.  Please submit your request again.  All appointment requests are submitted to Boulder Brows for review before approval.  This can take a few days after submission.  Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive another email/text notification confirming the appointment.  

You will receive an email notification 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a text message reminder the day of your appointment.  Please click the text message link and review your appointment information. 

REMINDER - CHILDREN

Our salon is an open-concept tattoo and beauty shop. Clients are receiving tattoo/invasive services all throughout the day. These clients deserve a calm and peaceful atmosphere to receive these services, and our technicians need the same stress-free environment to perform these services optimally. It’s not fair to either to bring your children, unless they are receiving a service, and leave them unattended, as their behavior is sometimes unpredictable. Even if you feel your child is well-behaved and will sit quietly in our waiting area, that is still against our policies and is not permitted - no exceptions. If you arrive to your appointment with a child, you will be rescheduled, and you will be assessed a fee as per our Business Policies.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Service animals are the only animals permitted in the shop - please let us know when booking if we should expect a furry companion to be accompanying you. Any other animals present in the shop violates Boulder County Public Health code and will not be permitted.
